U.S.A. Customers:
• FREE Shipping, Handling & Insurance if the total of your order is US$100.00 or more. Your item(s) will be sent to you by 1st Class Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation via the post office.
• If you want UPS 2nd Day Air (guarantee 2 business day delivery), the fee is only US$25.00.
• US$5.00 Fee for Shipping, Handling & Insurance if the total of your order is less than US$100.00. Your order will be sent to you by 1st Class Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation via the post office. No additional shipping/handling fee to send more items as long as they are sent in the same package.
• Hawaii residents, please add 4% for sales tax.
Customers Living in Canada:
• Please add an additional US$8.00 for Airmail or US$17.00 for Express Mail. The item(s) will be sent through the post office using either of these two methods. No additional shipping/handling fee to send more items as long as they are sent in the same package.
Customers Living Outside the United States or Canada:
• Please add an additional US$10.00 for Airmail or US$25.00 for Express Mail. The item(s) will be sent through the post office using either of these two methods. No additional shipping/handling fee to send more items as long as they are sent in the same package.
Packaging:
• The item is bubble wrapped and packed in a bubble-padded, sturdy envelope for further protection.
GLITZ WITH GLASS RETURN POLICY
I want you to enjoy the experience of shopping at my online store and welcome you as a repeat customer. Therefore, I'll gladly give you a refund or you may exchange for another item with the provisions as follows:
• Notify me about returning the item via e-mail or phone as soon as you receive the item and I confirm acceptance. Item received three days or more is considered sold. This return policy provision is necessary to discourage an item from being used for a special function and when the item is no longer needed, then is returned for a refund.
• The return item is received by me within 7 days from the date you receive the item.
• The item is returned in same condition as sent to you, no adjustment or alteration is done to the item.
• The return item is well packaged and shipped by 1st Class Mail or Airmail with insurance and delivery confirmation.
• You will bear the costs of returning the item to me.
With the above-mentioned provisions, a refund will be issued as soon as the item is received. The actual shipping fee and the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This restocking fee is to compensate not only for the extra bookkeeping but, most importantly, for not being able to sell the item while it is sold to you. A restocking fee is commonly imposed especially when there is only one quantity per item. If the item is sent to you via free UPS or USPS shipping, the UPS or USPS shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If you exchange for another item, the shipping/handling fee and 15% restocking fee will not be imposed.

To avoid having to return the item, please ask questions before you make the purchase. I'll be more than happy to answer them.
Damage Policy: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. In the unlikely event that, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must please take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office immediately to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Please do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund. Similarly, if your order is delivered by UPS, please contact UPS to file a claim.
